Syringa vulgaris “Common Purple Lilac” is the lilac of our childhood. This tall, and extremely fragrant lilac is beautiful in both the landscape and containers. It produces large purple flowers in the spring, is resistant to mildew, and displays attractive foliage throughout the season.
