Description
Pachypodium saundersii, commonly referred to as one of the “Madagascar Palms,” is a stem succulent member of the Apocynaceae family and not a true palm. Upright grey-green trunk with large thorns and a cluster of green leaves on top. White or soft pink flowers when fully mature. These arid beauties can grow both a swollen base as well as skyward branches. Keep fully dry through its dormant period.
