Description
Acer palmatum ‘Bihou’, or Golden Bark Japanese Maple, is a dynamic specimen tree that offers something special for every season. New leaves emerge pink in spring, change to chartreuse, and mature to green by summer. Fall foliage glows yellow, and finally once the leaves are dropped, the brightly colored bark is revealed. Vivid yellow branches and orange tipped twigs will light up winter’s darkest, dreariest days.
