Description

Pinus thunbergii ‘Thunderhead’, alternatively called Japanese Black Pine has tightly held dark green needles and billowing habit that make this plant one of the most attractive of the dwarf pines. The crowning touch is the cottony white candles that seem to glow against the green foliage late summer through winter. Give this plant a spot of prominence in the garden.
