Description

Andropogon gerardii ‘Red October big bluestem is a vibrant clump-forming grass but there is nothing blue about it. Tukey-foot red-purple flowers appear on red-bronze stems. Dark green leaves tipped in burgundy turn from burgundy to brilliant scarlet in autumn.
