Rhamnus frangula ‘Fine Line’ , otherwise known as the “Fern Leaf Buckthorn” or Rhamnus ‘Ron Williams’, is an exotic looking deciduous shrub with an upright habit. Whispy eye catching foliage is sure to make a statement. Great for an upright tight space that could use some green.
